Sometimes the sun
Rises in the west
And sets in the east.
Sometimes two left
Shoes fit perfectly
On both feet.
Sometimes you have to
Be upside down
In order to see
In a better light.
Sometimes you have to
Walk backwards in order
To move forward.
It happens sometimes
Just be a good sport,
Whichever hand you’re dealt
Don’t whine and grumble
Just play that hand,
Life doesn't always make sense,
Sometimes up is down.
